Amphenol High Speed Products Group is a market leader in high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for the telecom and datacom markets. The Mezzanine Business Unit designs and manufactures high-density interconnect solutions that enable leading server, storage, networking, and AI/ML platforms. We are seeking a Demand Manager to support the Mezzanine Business Unit at our Valley Green (Yocumtown), PA location.

The Demand Manager will own demand-planning execution for assigned customers and product lines, partnering closely with sales, customer service, product management, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. This role translates customer demand, order trends, and market inputs into an actionable demand plan that improves forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, and capacity visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for assigned customers and product lines, incorporating customer forecasts, backlog, order trends, sales inputs, and market intelligence.
  • Lead the demand-planning cadence, including forecast reviews and cross-functional discussions to identify assumptions, risks, constraints, and required actions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align demand, inventory, material availability, and production capacity.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, demand variability, backlog, inventory, and service metrics; identify root causes and recommend practical corrective actions.
  • Communicate customer demand changes, supply risks, and capacity constraints clearly and promptly to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, customers.
  • Support account-management and customer-service teams by providing demand visibility, prioritization guidance, and timely resolution of demand-related escalations.
  • Maintain demand-planning data, reports, and dashboards; improve data quality, planning discipline, and process efficiency through continuous improvement.
  • Prepare concise, data-driven updates for Business Unit leadership on forecast performance, material risks, capacity needs, and demand opportunities.
  • Participate in new product introduction, phase-in/phase-out, and strategic customer planning to ensure demand and supply plans are aligned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, customer operations, account management, product line management, or a related field within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
  • Experience working with ERP, demand-planning, CRM, and reporting or analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear business actions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across commercial, operational, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning, data visualization, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business teams.
