Position: Test Engineer- Signal Integrity

Location: Nashua, NH

 Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking a Test Engineer- Signal Integrity to join our team located in Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities:

         Design repeatable Signal Integrity experiments to evaluate connector and component performance.

         Develop metrics and analysis methods that distinguish good components from weak or failing ones.

         Perform hands-on measurements and rapid experiments to prove or disprove technical hypotheses.

         Analyze performance degradation using SI simulations, lab measurements, and other multi-domain data sources.

         Correlate simulations, measurements, and observed product behavior with the SI team.

         Root cause performance loss and communicate findings clearly to engineering teams.

         Build and maintain team-wide tools for data intake, automated review checks, visualization, presentation, and shared understanding.

         Turn recurring manual reviews into reusable scripts, templates, dashboards, or workflows that improve review consistency.

         Improve analysis workflows and documentation so teams can compare measurements across parts, sites, and programs more quickly.

 Qualifications:

         Signal integrity, high-speed interconnect, RF/microwave, or related electrical measurement experience.

         Comfort with VNAs, oscilloscopes, TDRs, and practical lab experiment setup.

         Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for analysis and review automation.

         Ability to turn messy experimental data into clear conclusions and actionable engineering insight.
